Efficient and simple collaboration between teams is essential for the company. Due to the number of meetings they organize, a functional calendar and a simple video chat are the most important tools for them. For teamwork to be effective, the team must freely access data and have the ability to collaborate on it in real time. Data access also means that all the resources available in the shared space must be quickly and conveniently searchable.
Depending on the tasks they are assigned, some employees can access only specific files.

Choosing G Suite was one of the first decisions made after starting the company. The applications from the suite had proved effective in various areas of activity. Regular meetings for all employees can also be held using Google Meet, which allows all employees, regardless of their location, to take part in them. To efficiently search files, employees can use Cloud Search. Due to the fact that the company creates various knowledge bases which can be accessed by specific employees, the organization also uses a hierarchy of access permissions.
