Plast-Farb has been on the market since 1987. Today, the company is one of the leading plastic packaging manufacturers in Poland. Plast-Farb is a company focused on open and long-term cooperation. It focuses on effective management, quality service and partner relations with its clients. In addition, the company has won many prestigious competitions.
Due to the fact that their data was stored in various locations, important files got lost sometimes or were hard to find. There were also situations in which several versions of the same file were created and shared within the company. Also, in cases of hardware failure, data would have had to be restored using dedicated data backup software, generating additional cost. Mobility was another important feature not offered by the previously used solution
With company data stored in the cloud, employees can now access files from any device, any time they want.
This reduced the costs of data recovery after a possible hardware failure and facilitated access to files, for example in the case of stock-taking.
Google Drive made it possible to store all files relevant to the company in a single place, preventing them from being lost.
Additionally, thanks to convenient file sharing, the company could reduce document printing to an absolute minimum.
Cooperation with Fly On The Cloud went very smoothly. In case of problems, Fly On The Cloud’s technical support was always available and helpful. The product webinars they organized were also very useful.
Most employees had no problems learning how to use G Suite products. Additional Google Drive storage space came as a big advantage for the users. It now also possible to monitor which files are regularly used. The convenience of working on shared files without having to save and email multiple versions of files is second to none.
