The food truck industry in Poland took off several years ago – the founders of Pasibus were the pioneers who perfectly tapped into the trend. Pasibus is one of the first food trucks in Poland. Their first vehicle hit the streets of Wrocław in 2013 and since then the Pasibus has spread its presence to many other Polish cities, ultimately becoming one of Poland’s most recognizable food brands. Despite operating in many locations today (not just food trucks, but also restaurants), Pasibus remains true to its roots and values: top quality, speed of service, mobility and innovativeness. From the very beginning, the company has had one goal in mind: to deliver delicious burgers on an ever larger scale and with consistent quality.

20 reasons to use Google as your professional email account

In the initial phase of development, private Gmail fully satisfied the company's needs. The specificity of working in a food truck did not involve many of the typical office tasks, so a free Gmail account with the basic suite of Google applications was sufficient for their needs.

As the startup gained momentum, they added new food trucks and restaurants. From that moment on, using private addresses no longer cut the mustard - the company needed to gain more professionalism. Fortunately, switching to a custom corporate domain, the address did not change much.

Before switching from private Gmail to corporate G Suite, employees communicated with each other using individual emails. At the beginning this was not a major problem as there were only a few employees, but when the company began expanding outside Wrocław, they needed a more efficient way for internal information exchange.

Discussion groups

Currently, communication in Pasibus is organized using groups. This allows each restaurant to quickly establish contact with the headquarters and other Pasibus location, as well as get in touch with customers and business partners.

When employees used personal Gmail accounts, the administrator did not have access to their activity and was unable to ensure that the company's data was well protected.

Security and analytics

Whenever there is a need to check the strength of passwords or check account activity, the administrator can check it easily in the console of a professional G Suite instance.
